Arapahoe Community College lets you jump the payment line with a single mouse click. EASIER and MORE CONVENIENT!

In an effort to assist you with budgeting your college expenses, ACC has made available a payment plan through Nelnet Business Solutions, formerly FACTS Management Company. The eCashier link above gives you details of the plan, including the enrollment agreement and telephone numbers if you have questions. This is a no-interest way to pay your college expenses providing a consistent, prearranged payment amount for your convenience.

You must be registered for FACTS by 5:00 pm or risk being dropped for non-payment.

There will be a two week delay in applying your payment to your account at ACC. The fee to defer tuition and fees through FACTS is a $35.00 non-refundable enrollment fee per agreement, which will be processed electronically from your checking or savings account or to a VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. Your monthly payment will be automatically charged to the bank account or a credit card you designate. The down payment is processed immediately. Additional payments will be charged on the 5th of each month until the balance is paid in full.

If you drop or add classes after you have completed your FACTS Tuition Payment Agreement your FACTS agreement will be adjusted and you will received notification of that adjustment from Nelnet via mail.

NOTE: Should an ACH or credit card payment be missed or NSF, a $25.00 fee will be automatically assessed to your account. You will be notified by FACTS of the missed payment via mail.

We are pleased to offer Online Enrollment for the new automated FACTS. To enroll, connect to the e-Cashier Web site by clicking on eCashier Online Enrollment above and follow the 5 steps listed below:

1. Log into SSB (you will need your student ID and PIN).
2. Click on “Student Menu”
3. Click on “Student Account Menu”
4. Click on “FACTS Deferred Payment Plan”
5. Click on the “E-Cashier” logo

Accessing Your Account

If you have created an account with Nelnet Business Solutions, formerly FACTS Management Company, you can use My FACTS Account to access your personal account information. Please note that you will need to have your agreement number, school identification number and validation code from your Confirmation Letter to view account information.
