In an effort to assist you with budgeting your college expenses, ACC has made available a payment plan through FACTS Management Company. The eCashier link above gives you details of the plan, including the enrollment agreement and telephone numbers if you have questions. This is a no-interest way to pay your college expenses providing a consistent, prearranged payment amount for your convenience.

You must be registered for FACTS by 5:00 pm or risk being dropped for non-payment.

• Payment deadline for Spring 2008 is January 3, 2008.

There will be a two week delay in applying your payment to your account at ACC. The fee to defer tuition and fees through FACTS is a $40.00 non-refundable enrollment fee per semester, which will be processed electronically from your checking or savings account or to a MasterCard or Discover card. If you elect to use your credit card, your monthly payment along with a convenience fee will be automatically charged to the credit card you designate. The convenience fee is in addition to the FACTS enrollment fee. The down payment is processed immediately. Additional payments will be charged on the 5th of each month until the balance is paid in full.

If you drop or add classes after you have completed your FACTS Tuition Payment Agreement and desire to modify your payment plan accordingly, please make sure to contact the ACC Cashier’s office at 303-797-5638 – option #5 to initiate your change.

NOTE: Should an ACH or credit card payment be missed or NSF, a $25.00 fee will be automatically assessed to your account. You will be notified by FACTS of the missed payment via mail.

We are pleased to offer Online Enrollment through FACTS. Please note: before enrolling you must verify your college expenses using CCCWeb or by contacting the ACC Cashier's Office, 303-797-5638. To enroll, connect to the e-Cashier website by clicking on eCashier Online Enrollment above and follow the on-line enrollment process. Be sure to complete your name, address, budgeted amount, method of payment, and the payment schedule.

Accessing Your Account

If you have created an account with FACTS Management Company, you can use My FACTS Account to access your personal account information. Please note that you will need to have your agreement number, school identification number and validation code from your Confirmation Letter to view account information.
