If you prefer, you may print the ACC Student Application (pdf 70k) and return by mail.

Complete both pages in BLACK INK. Don't forget to sign application. Mail completed application pages to:

If you do not have a Social Security Number or Individual Tax Identification Number or do not wish to provide this number, you will need to print and complete the following form and submit it along with your application to be able to register for classes.
