The vision of the Arapahoe Community College Diversity Council is
to create a campus community which recognizes the inherent worth
and dignity of every person; fosters appreciation, sensitivity,
understanding, and mutual respect among its members; encourages
each individual to strive to reach his or her own potential; and
promotes the development of an appreciation of diversity and multiculturalism.
The mission of the Arapahoe Community College Diversity Council
is to cultivate an environment of mutual respect and acceptance
by providing opportunities for learning that kindle new ways of
seeing, thinking, and doing that lead to an appreciation and celebration
of diversity in the campus and the larger community.
We shall accomplish our mission by providing
