As a recipient of Federal Title IV funds, Arapahoe Community College (ACC) is required to collect publish and disseminate certain information to students, prospective students and employees. The college will also provide a copy of this information including a full report of the institution’s graduation rate and the Annual Security Report if requested.

ACCREDITATION. Arapahoe Community College is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The Commission can be reached at: Telephone: 312.263.0456. Web address: www.ncahigherlearningcommission.org. The College operates under the jurisdiction of the Community Colleges of Colorado. ACC students regularly transfer credits to state colleges and universities within Colorado. Transfer information is available in the Advising Office, Room M2010.

FAMILY EDUCATION RIGHTS & PRIVACY ACT (FERPA). ACC complies fully with FERPA, which affords students certain rights with respect to their education records, including protecting the privacy of, and insuring the right to inspect and review, the records. More information is available in the Office of Admissions & Records, Room M2470.

In accordance with Title I of Public Law 101-542, information about graduation rates is available on the ACC Web site or from the Office of Institutional Research, Room A2075; additional graduation data is also available at the Colorado Department of Higher Education Web site.
- CAMPUS SECURITY POLICY and CAMPUS CRIME STATISTICS ACT.
The Clery Act report is available on the ACC Web site or in the Campus Police Office, Room M2600. A list of sexual offenders in the area can be obtained through the Littleton Police Department.
- VOTER REGISTRATION. ACC fully supports and advocates that students and staff register to vote. Voter Registration forms are available in the ACC Student Affairs Office, Room M2820 or on the Colorado Secretary of State Web site at http://www.elections.colorado.gov.
- FINANCIAL AID INFORMATION is available for students and prospective students on the Web site and in the Office of Financial Aid, Room M2115.
- DRUG & ALCOHOL PREVENTION INFORMATION and policies are available on the
Web site and in the ACC Student Affairs Office, Room M2820. ACC supports the efforts of local, state and federal governments in promoting a drug free America, pursuant to Public Law 101.
