The following guidelines must be adhered to by Renters in order to utilize facilities at ACC:

Certificate of Liability Insurance

• minimum amount of $500,000
• Arapahoe Community College should be named as certificate holder
• certificate, full payment and signed contract must be received before approval for use of facility is confirmed and the reservation is booked

Parking

• vehicles parked in our lots must display a valid ACC parking permit at all times
• violators will be ticketed and or towed
• for events with 50 or more participants, call 303.797.5692 for information on parking prices

Cancellations

• notify the Facilities Rental Manager of cancellation no less than seven calendar days before the scheduled date
• you will receive a refund of the rental fee less $100 if cancelled in time
• if not cancelled in you will forfeit the total rental fee

Advertising

• ensure that all advertising of the event identifies the individual or sponsor in charge
• renter is the sole sponsor of the event
• all advertising must indicate that the College is not involved in sponsorship of the event.

Security

• provide additional security measures if requested by the ACC

Access Accommodations

• advise the Facilities Rental Manager of any physical access accommodations that persons with disabilities will need to attend the applicant’s event
• requests for accommodations must be made at least 5 business days in advance of the event
• it is the applicant’s is responsible to provide accommodations such as an interpreter or alternate format of materials
   

Additional Guidelines

• accept responsibility for payment of regular charges, damages and/or additional cleanup charges that could occur in the use of College facilities (after the event the facility will be inspected and any additional fees will be billed to the client)
• abide by municipal, State, Federal laws and ACC policies and regulations (available upon request).

ACC reserves the right to refuse the use of facilities to any individual or group. ACC is not responsible for any theft, accident or injury, which may occur at any event sponsored by a non-College group or organization.
