Arrangements can be made for the use of stage lighting and/or sound equipment. Additional charges for equipment rental and personnel costs will be added to the basic rental fee, and all regulations stated herein will apply with the following exceptions: Deadline for Cancellation is ten days prior to desired usage.

Auxiliary Services

Minimum charge of 2 hours, and less than a week notices is an additional $5/hour charge. Rooms are furnished as is.

Satellite Downlinks

ACC has the capability to receive a satellite signal for satellite downlinks. The client:

• schedule the Downlink at least four weeks prior to the date needed
• will provide ACC with all downlink technical information
  • name of satellite
  • broadcast band
• is responsible for procuring site license
• will pay charges for the site license
• will provide ACC with a copy of the site license

  • Initial charge = $300
  • Technical assistance = $25/hour (with a two hour minimum required)
  • room charges vary depending on type of room (see Facility Rental)

Please note that ACC will make every effort to provide reception of the signal and retransmission to the on-campus location on the date and time indicated. However ACC is not responsible for:

• weather
• equipment breakdowns (at the transmission originating location)
